(2) The term of office oft he members of the Board, other than 1he ex-officio members, shall be three years fr om the. date of tlieir nom in ati on or election, as the case may be, and they shall n0t be digiblc for re nomination o re-election for the next consecutive term. · · (3) The Secretary to a Govcrumcnl.
