Section 124: Register of members

The Odisha Co-Operative Societies Act, 1962State Act of Odisha · Act 2 of 1963

Any register of list of members or shares kept by any Society shall be prima facie evidence of any of the following entered therein :–

(a) the date on which the name of any person was entered in such register or list as a Member;

(b) the date on which any such person ceased to be a member.
