Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Odisha Compulsory Labour Act, 1948State Act of Odisha · Act 10 of 1948

(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Compulsory Labour Act, 1948.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the 1[State] of Orissa2.

(3) It shall come into force at once.
