Section 5: Court of Wards

The Odisha Court of Wards Act, 1947State Act of Odisha · Act 26 of 1947

(1) The Revenue Commissioner shall be the Court of Wards for the areas to which this Act extends.

(2) The Court shall deal with every person and every property of which it may take or retain charge under this Act, or which may be placed under its charge by order of a competent Court, in accordance with the provision of this Act.
