Section 73: Disobeying certain orders of Collector

The Odisha Court of Wards Act, 1947State Act of Odisha · Act 26 of 1947

(1) Any person who refuses to comply with an order of the Collector under Section 11 or 23 shall be liable by an order of the Collector to pay a fine not exceeding five hundred rupees.

(2) When any penalty is imposed by an order under Sub-section (1), the Collector passing such orders shall make a formal record of the same with reasons thereof.
