Section 9: Control of Court

The Odisha Court of Wards Act, 1947State Act of Odisha · Act 26 of 1947

All orders or proceedings of the Collector or other person as aforesaid under this Act shall be subject to the supervision and control of the Court, and the Court may, if it thinks fit, revise, modify or reverse any such order or proceeding whether an appeal is presented against such order or proceeding or otherwise.
