The Odisha Dadan Labour (Control and Regulation) Act, 1975State Act of Odisha · Act 42 of 1975

(1) No prosecution under this Act shall be CO"imnce or instituted cxccpt with the previous sanction of the orneaces. Chief Inspector.

(2) No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, save on complaint made by an hspetor or the Chief Inspector.

CHAPTER V I Protection of 19. (1 ) No suit, prosecution or orther legal .
