Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Odisha Electricity Reform Act, 1995State Act of Odisha · Act 2 of 1996

(1) This Act may be called the Orissa State Electricity Reform Act, 1995.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.
