Section 45: Fees for terms and conditions and duration of licences, permits and passes

Odisha Excise Act, 2008State Act of Odisha · Act 10 of 2013

(1) Every licence, permit or pass under this Act shall be granted on payment of such fees, if any, and subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be imposed and shall be in such form and contain such particulars, as the 1[State Government] may direct, from time to time.

(2) Every licence, permit or pass under this Act shall be granted for such period, as may be prescribed.
