Section 48: All persons bound to aid in case of accident at Depot

The Odisha Forest Act, 1972.State Act of Odisha · Act 14 of 1972

In case of any accident or emergency involving danger to any property at any such depot, every person employed at such depot, whether by the State Government or by any private person, shall render assistance to a Forest Officer or Police Officer demanding aid in averting such danger or securing such property from damages or loss.
