There shall be paid to each Member, other than the Leader of the Opposition, the Chief Whip and the Deputy Chief Whip, a sum of 2[rupees four thousand] per mensem to defray the cost of travelling which is not connected with the business of the Assembly or a Committee thereof or a Committee or Body constituted Jay the State or Central Government by a Resolution or an order.]
