Section 94

The Odisha Maritime Board Act, 2020State Act of Odisha · Act 1 of 2022

(1) The Board shall annually or whenever directed by the State Government to do so, submit a statement of its income and expenditure in such form and at such time as the Government may direct.

(2) A copy of all such statements shall be open for inspection by the public under the Right to Information Act,

2005.
