Section 21: Tribunal

The Odisha Municipal Act, 1950State Act of Odisha · Act 23 of 1950

(1) An election petition shall be heard by the District Judge within whose jurisdiction the municipality situated

(2) Such District Judge (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') shall be deemed to exercise jurisdiction as persona designate and not acting in the capacity of a Judge of a Civil Court.
