Section 3: Constitution of Service

Odisha Municipal Engineering Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2016State Act of Odisha · Act 2388 of 2016

(1) The Group-“A”, of the Service shall consist of the following grades, namely :—

(i) Superintending Engineer/ City Engineer;

(ii) Executive Engineer;

(iii) Deputy Executive Engineer; and

(iv) Assistant Executive Engineer;

(2)The Group-“B” of the Service shall consist of the grade of Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer.
