(1) On and from this Act. there shal be constituted the followi•g muric•al services au the Urban Local Bodies,

(a) the Odisha A&ninÉtrative *vice;

(b) ttk Municipal Service;

(s) the Odlsha Service;

(d} Odiste Planning Service;

(e)the MunlcipalCornm•niw the Service;

(h) e-GovemanceService.

(2) servicesspecifiedinsub-section subjecttotheprovisionsof this Act and rules, shah mnslst of—

(a) personsappointedto the service the commencementOf this Act in accordancewith the provisionsof this and the rules; and - person appointed the catmnencementOfthis Act to any Urban Body and absorbed the serviæ in Withthe OfthisAcgphdmerules.

B) N arMhing containedin this Act,a personappointed to the münicipalserviceShaunot bedeemedto havebem appointedto any civil serviceor post under the Government.
