OPEI Amendment Act 2016State Act of Odisha · Act 3 of 2016
(1) The Odisha Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Amendment Ordinance, 2016 is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal under sub-section
(1), anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
