(1) On the first election of Members under section 10 their names shall be published in the Gazette within such period and in such manner an may be prescribed 1 Memkethip, or co-option as a Member of the Anchal Sabha,if such person— 48S

Provided that the State Government may, if they are satisfied that certain areas of representa-~ tion have failed without sufficient cause to elect or send the namesof their representatives to the Anchal Sabhafor publication within the prescribed period, cause the publication of the names of the representatives already received within such period and in such manner as may be prescribed,

(2) The names of other Members elected, or co-opted from timeto time shall be published in the Gazette in the prescribed manner.
