Section 24

The Orissa Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1996State Act of Odisha · Act 14 of 2005

(1) No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint by, or with the previous sanction in writing of the Welfare Commissioner.

(2) No Court interior to that of a Magistrate of First Class shall try any offence punishable by or under this Act.
