The Orissa Requisitioning of Goods Vehicles Act, 1986State Act of Odisha · Act 5 of 1986

(1) The Orissa Requisitioning of Goods Vehicles Ordinance, 1985 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any order made, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken under this Act.
