The Odisha Panchayat Samiti (Re-Election of Office Bearers) Act 1977State Act of Odisha · Act 9 of 1977

(1) The Odisha Panchayat Samiti (Re-Election of Office-bearers) Ordinance, 1977 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken (including any notification issued) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under this Act.
