The State Government may, by order, direct that any power, duties or functions conferred or imposed on a 2[Collector or Sub-Divisional Officer] shall in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in that order, exercised or dicharged by such other officer or authority as may be specified in that order.
