Section 14: There shall be a Standing Committee consisting of the following members, namely

(a) Minister, Minorities and Backward Classes – Chairman Welfare Department,

(b) Five members of the Odisha Legislative – Member Assembly to be elected in such manner as may be determined by the Speaker,

(c) Chief Secretary to Government, – Member

(d) Secretary to Government, Home Department, – Member

(e) Secretary to Government,(Minorities – Member and Backward Classes Welfare Department).
