(1) These rules may be called the Oclisha Scheduled 1 Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Caste Certificates)Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Odisha Gazette.
