Section 20: Reports

The Odisha State Food Security (Targeted Public Distribution System) Rules, 2017State Rules of Odisha · 2013

(1)In addition to sending reports to the District Grievance Redressal Officer as per section 29 of the Act, the vigilance committees at various levels shall send monthly reports to the Block Development Officer or Municipal Commissioner or Executive Officer or Sub- Collectors or Collectors, Secretary, Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department as the case may be.

(2) The Vigilance Committees may also, in cases where it finds a matter to be of utmost importance, send special report to the authority mentioned in sub-rule (1) and such authority may take such report as it may deem fit.
