Section 22: Removal of Doubts

The Odisha State Food Security (Targeted Public Distribution System) Rules, 2017State Rules of Odisha · 2013

(1) If any doubt arises with regard to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these rules, it shall be referred to the Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department, the Government of Odisha, whose decision shall be final and binding.
