(1) The firstStatutesshallbeframedbytheGovernment

(2) Subjectto the provis'oncontainedin Sub-section(3).(4) and the Board of Management may. frorn time to time. make new or additional Statutes or may amend or repeal the Statutes

(3) TheBoardOfManagementmay.fromtimeto time.makeany proposalto theChancellorfornewStatutesor fortheamendmentorrepealof the Statutes in force to the Chancellor

(5) No Statutes or amendment cr repeal of the Statutes by the Board of Management shall have effect until it is approved by the Chance-Jor The Government may also propose for new Statutes for the amendment or repeal Ofany Statutes In force to the Chancellor

(7) The first Statutes or subsequent Statutes shao come qnto force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette
