(2) TheChancellorshall.in consultationWiththe Government, approvethe OftheBoardofManagementundersub-section(1)or givesuggestionformodificationstherein

(3) TheBoardOfManagementshalieithermodifytheOrdinances rtccrporating the OftheChancelloror givereasonsfor not incorporatinganyofthesuggestions bytheChancellorandshallreturn theOrdnancesalongwithsuchreason.ifany.totheChancellorandonreceipt Ofthesame,theChancellorshallconsider cornmentsOftheBoardof Management andShallapprovetheOrdnanceswithorwithoutmodifications andthentheOrditances.asapprovedbytheChancellor.shallbepublishedin theofficialGazetteanduponsuchpublicationtheOrdnancesshallcomeinto force.
