(1) The a,-nualfinancialestrnatesof the Universityfor any tnancial year prepared under the direction of the Board of Management atleast five months beforethe cornmencernentOf financial year

(2) The Jrivers;ty shao the financial estimate nd expenditure of the Umversity in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes

(3) The financial estimates shall tz S'±mltted to the Board Of Managemer"t its approval

(4) The Board of Mana9erwnt shall consider estirnates so ;xepared and approve them with or wlthout modification

(5) The Unwersity shaft submit such estimates as approved by the to the Goverrnent the purpose of providng the grant,

(6) The Government may pass such order with reference to the sad as it thinks fit and the sarne to the University whichshan give effect to such order.

(7) The Board Of ManagerEnt may. in Cases where exßnd'ture in excess cf the amounts for in the budget IS fotnd necessæ-y. for reasons to be in writirA incur such expenditure.

(8) The financid year of the University shal be the sarne as that Government.
