(1)NotwithstandinganythingcontainedinthisActandtheStatutes.

(a)

(b) the Governmentmay appoint the first Vice-Chancellor.first Registrar.the first Comptrollerci Financeand the first Controller of examination for a period not exceeding three years on such terms and conditionsas the Government thinks the first ecardof Managementshallconsistof not morethan eleven memberswho shall be nominatedby the Government andtheyshallhotdofficefora termofthreeyears,and the first &ance Committeeshallconsistof not morethan sevenmemberswhoShanbe nominatedby the Government andtheyshallholdofficefor a termOfthreeyears.

51.Theprovusicnsof thisActshagbeinadditionto.andnotinderogation Of.theprovisionsofanyother'awiforthetimebeinginforce.
