Section 100: Penalty for contravention of regulations, etc. made under Section 28(2), 35 and 36

Odisha Urban Police Act, 2003State Act of Odisha · Act 8 of 2007

Whoever contravenes, or abets the contravention of, any regulation, notice or order made under sub-section (2) of Section 28, Section 35, or Section 36 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees,with both.
