The Odisha Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969State Act of Odisha · Act 3 of 1970

(1) No order under ibis Act refusing to enter I C ~ S I a name in, or removing or striking off a name from, P ~ o c ~ ~ D B . the register shall be called in question in any Civil or Criminal Court.

(2) N o suit or other legal proceeding shall lie in any Civil or Criminal Court in respect of any act done or purported to have been done in good faith under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder by the State Government or the Council or the Registrar or any other person.

Power to

38. (I) The State Government may make rule8 make rules. for carrymg out the purposes of this Act.

(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for-

(a) the time and manner of holding election;

(c) the application of moneys at the credit of the Orissa Veterinary Council Fund ;

(d) the procedure to be followed by the Council in conducting any inquiry ;

(e) the fees chargeable under this Act ;

(1) the maintenance and submissionof accounts of the Orissa Veterinary Council Fund ;

(g) the regulation of annual grants made by the State Government to the Council; and

(h) any other matter which may be or is r equired to be prescribed.

3. Degrees of Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Veterinary Science of any of the Universities in the Unitcd Kingdom or the United States of America.

4. Degrees of Bachelor of Science (Veterinary), Calcutta (West Bengd) .
