Section 1: Short Title and Commencement

Odisha Veterinary Technical Service Group-“C” (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2019State Rules of Odisha · 2012

(1) These rules may be called the Odisha Veterinary Technical Service Group-“C” (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Odisha Gazette.

2. In the Odisha non-Gazetted Veterinary Technical Service,(Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in the preamble,––

(i) the words and expression “non-Gazetted” shall be omitted and

(ii) after the words and comma, “Technical Service,” and before the word “namely”, the word, letter and comma “Group-‘C’,” shall be inserted.

3. In the said rules, in rule 1, in sub-rule (1) in short title,––

(i) the words and expression “non-Gazetted,” shall be omitted and

(ii) after the words and comma, “Technical Service,” and before the bracket and words “(Recruitment and Condition of Service)”, the comma, word and letter, “Group- “C”,” shall be inserted.
