Section 7: Recovery of fees by instalments

The Official Trustees (Maharashtra) Rules, 1971State Rules of Maharashtra · 1913

The Official Trustee may, in his discretion, arrange that the fee payable on acceptance of a trust of on investment thereof or any part thereof, shall be debited to the account of the trust and shall be recovered by him from time to time by instalments out of the income of the trust fund as the same accrues due :

Provided that any amount which is or remains due from any trust, in respect of fees payable in pursuance of these rules shall be recovered from the trust fund before the same is withdrawn or distributed among parties entitled thereto.
