Section 45: Modification of scheme of reconnaissance

(1) A scheme of reconnaissance operation prepared and submitted under rule ,44 may be modified at any time on geological considerations by the holder of a reconnaissance permit during continuance of the reconnaissance permit.

(2) Any modification carried out under sub-rule (1) shall be intimated to the administering authority by the holder of reconnaissance permit within a period of fifteen days of such modification.
