भारतीय खान ब्यरूो का महाजनयंत्रक, अजधजनयम या उसके अधीन बनाए गए जनयमों में अंतर्िवष्ट उपबंधों पर प्रजतकूल प्रभाि डाले जबना, अजधजनयम या उसके अधीन बनाए गए जनयमों या संयुक् त अनुज्ञजप्त या उत्पािन पटे्ट की ितों के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को िेय दकसी दकराए, 24 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] स्ट्िाजमस्ट्ि या फीस या अन्द्य रकम पर, िैसा भी मामला हो, प्रिासजनक प्राजधकारी या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जनधावररत तारीख की समाजप्त से लेकर ऐसे स्ट्िाजमस्ट्ि, दकराए, फीस या अन्द्य रकम के भुगतान तक, प्रजत िषव बारह प्रजतित की िर से साधारण ब्याि िसूल कर सकेगा।
