Section 18: Invalid pension

Oil Industry Development Board Employees’ (Pension) Rules, 1990.Central Rules · 1974

An invalid pension shall be granted to an employee who is declared by the Medical Officer in charge of a Government Hospital to be permanently incapacitated for further service. The amount of invalid pension shall not be less than the amount of family pension admissible under the family pension scheme.
