Section 2: Application .____These rules shall apply to all employees of the Board, other than

Oil Industry Development Board Employees’ (Pension) Rules, 1990.Central Rules · 1974

(I) those in casual and daily rated employment;

(ii) those employed on contract for a specified period on a consolidated salary, except when the contract provides otherwise;

(iii) the employees entitled to the benefit of a contributory provident fund;

(iv) persons on deputation in the Board on foreign service terms;

(v) those who are appointed on special terms and conditions of service or whose terms and conditions of service, even on appointment in the Board, provide otherwise or age regulated by or under the provisions of any other law, rules or regulations.
