Section 20: Compulsory Retirement Pension

Oil Industry Development Board Employees’ (Pension) Rules, 1990.Central Rules · 1974

An employee compulsorily retired from service as penalty may be granted by the competent authority pension or gratuity or both at a rate not less than two-thirds and not more than full compensation pension or gratuity or both admissible to him` on the date of his compulsory retirement. The amount of pension sanctioned shall, however, not be less than one thousand two hundred seventy five only per month.
