Section 9: Certificate Programmes

(1) The Institute may offer Certificate Programmes to address local (industry or craft cluster) needs, as approved by the concerned competent authority from time to time.

(2) The Institute shall have the power to introduce, modify or discontinue courses or programmes from time to time as approved by the concerned competent authority.
