Section 1: Short title and commencement

Organic Agricultural Produce Grading and Marking 2009, (Amendment) Rules, 2011Central Rules · 1937

(1) These rules may be called the Organic Agricultural Produce Grading and Marking Rules, 2009.

(2)They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

(3)They shall apply to all kinds of Agricultural Produce included in the Schedule under the Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act, 1937.
