Section 13: Resignation of members.

The Panjab District Boards Act, 1883Central Act · Act 20 of 1883

A member of a local board or of a district board may resign by notifying in writing his intention to do so to [Commissioner]; and, on the acceptance by [Commissioner] of such resignation, the member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
