Section 26: Who shall summon proprietors by proclamation to attend proceedings.

The Partition of Revenue-paying Estates Act, 1863Central Act · Act 19 of 1863

The Officer appointed to make the partition shall issue a proclamation at the Mal-kachahari of the estate, or other conspicuous place thereon, or at the village Chaunri, or Chaupal, requiring the several proprietors of the estate to attend upon him in person, or by agent, during the time that the partition is being made.
