Section 58: Interpretation.

The Partition of Revenue-paying Estates Act, 1863Central Act · Act 19 of 1863

Unless there be something in the subject or context repugnant to such construction, words importing the singular number shall include the plural number, and words importing the plural number shall include the singular number; and

words importing the masculine gender shall include females.
