Section 5: In the said Rules, in rule 12, after proviso to sub-rule (6), the following shall be inserted, namely

The Passport (Amendment) Rules, 2009 (04.06.2009)Central Rules · 1967

"7. The passport for Haj pilgrims shall be valid for a period of eight months from the date of issue".
