Section 1: Short title and commencement

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Record keeping Agency) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) These regulations may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (central recordkeeping agency) Regulations, 2015.

The regulations aim to set standards for the eligibility, governance, organization and operational conduct of the Central Recordkeeping Agency and for providing centralized recordkeeping, administration and customer service functions to all subscribers.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
