For providing the services as specified under these regulations to the subscribers, the central recordkeeping agency shall collect service charges, on the basis and in the manner, as may be approved by the Authority. The method of levy and recovery of charges for various services provided by the central recordkeeping agency shall be as determined by the Authority.
