Section 29: Submission of report

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Record keeping Agency) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) On completion of the inspection or audit, a report shall be submitted to the Authority, which after consideration of the report, may take such action as it may deem fit and appropriate in the interest of the subscribers.

(2) The Authority may suomotu or after consideration of the inspection or audit report, as the case may be, order an investigation or inquiry to be conducted in the matter.
