Section 40: Intimation of order

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Record keeping Agency) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) Every report made by a designated authority and every order passed by the designated member under these regulations shall be dated and signed.

(2) A copy of the order passed under these regulations shall be sent to the central recordkeeping agency or any person concerned and also placed on the website of the Authority.
