Section 6: Furnishing of information and clarification

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Record keeping Agency) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) The Authority may require the applicant to furnish any further information or clarification, for the purpose of disposal of the application, and, thereafter, in regard to any other matter as may be deemed necessary by the Authority.

(2) The applicant shall furnish such information and clarification to the satisfaction of the Authority, within the time specified in this regard by the Authority.
