Section 16: Consideration of application

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals Under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 2013

(1) For considering the eligibility of the applicant and grant of certificate of empanelment to such applicant, the Authority shall take into account all matters which it deems relevant to the activities in the pension sector and the National Pension System, including but not limited to the following:-

(a) whether the applicant or any of its associates have in the past been refused grant of empanelment certificate by any of the financial sector regulators in Ind
